Okay, so you’re ready to hire us: YAY!
What happens next?

When you reach out via our website, email, or social media, we’ll follow up with you to schedule a meet and greet, also known as a vision session. During your vision session, we’ll ask questions to get to know you, how you use your space, what your dreams and goals are, and your timeline and budget. If it looks like we will be a good fit, we will schedule a visit to tour your space, go more in depth about your goals for the project, and take measurements and photos to use for your proposal.

Following our visit, we will put together a proposal for your project, which includes a budget and expected timeline. Once you review and accept the proposal and sign the contract, the real fun begins!!

THE DESIGN PROCESS

The design portion is my favorite part of the whole process, because it’s when your dreams and our vision for the space start to come together! At this point in the process, your designer will spend time researching materials, furnishings, and other selections for the space and put it all together on a style board. We’ll get together with you again to present you with design plans, samples, mood boards, and renderings (if included in your package), and you’ll get to share your feedback with us. This is often the most fun part for our clients!!

After you review the style board, we’ll make any revisions (the number of revisions will be decided on together and indicated in your contract) and have you sign off on any changes. Now, you get to sit back and watch the magic happen!

Once everything is signed off on, our team will get to work implementing the vision. We will work with any contractors as needed, depending on the scope of your project, and oversee every detail, whether it’s redecorating or a complete renovation. We will check in regularly throughout the process to make sure progress is being made according to your schedule, and manage communication with contractors.

When all selections have been completed, we’ll have a final style session to bring it all together! This is where finishing touches, such as wall décor, rugs, or blankets and throw pillows, are styled. We love these little details because they tie the whole space together and make your new space feel complete! We absolutely love this part of the process and welcoming our clients into their transformed space. It’s what we live for and why we do what we do!
